Agreement to Terms
By installing or using the Reservit application ("Service") provided by Attribute Apps ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Description of Service
Reservit is a Shopify application that provides inventory reservation functionality, allowing merchants to temporarily hold products in customer carts to create urgency and improve conversion rates. The Service includes countdown timers, reservation management, and analytics features.
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must have an active Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms of service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Account and Access
When you install our application, you authorize us to access certain data from your Shopify store as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
- All activities that occur through your use of the Service
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the Service to mislead or deceive customers
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Pricing and Payment
Service fees are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method. Prices may change with notice, and you may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or changes.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Attribute Apps and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your store data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attribute Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attribute Apps and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the application. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Attribute Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
